The DELUTS UNIVERSE set represents the culmination of my colour work over the last 10 years. Using thousands of reference negatives and leveraging AI, I’ve created the best film emulations to date. These LUTs map colours to an authentic film palette, suitable for everyday grading or as a base for advanced grading workflows.

DELUTS UNIVERSE LUT SET: 223 colour film emulation LUTs

DELUTS UNIVERSE LUT SET BW: 37 black & white film emulation LUTs

(Both available in x65 and x33 resolutions)

Recommended Usage:

Note: LUTs (Look-Up Tables) define predefined colour transformations, ensuring consistent, high-quality results. Selecting the correct LUT based on your camera’s picture profile helps maintain colour accuracy and supports your creative vision.

Installation Guide:

Recommended Folder Organisation:

Maintain a structured folder hierarchy to ensure the LUTs are easily accessible and share uniform naming conventions.

DaVinci Resolve

1. Go to Project Settings > Color Management

2. Right-click in LUT folder window

3. Select "Open LUT Folder"

4. Copy your DELUTS UNIVERSE .cube files/folders into this 'LUT' folder, maintaining the folder structure

5. Restart Resolve

6. Access LUTs from the Color page in the LUT browser

Adobe Premiere Pro

1. Copy your DELUTS UNIVERSE .cube files/folders to your preferred LUT location

2. Open Premiere Pro

3. In the Lumetri Color panel, expand "Creative"

4. Click the dropdown menu next to "Look"

5. Browse to your .cube files location

6. Select the desired LUT from the appropriate profile folder

7. Alternatively you can place .cube files/folders here:  

   /Library/Application Support/Adobe/Common/LUTs/Creative

Final Cut Pro

1. Go to your Movies folder

2. Navigate to Library > Application Support > ProApps > LUTs

3. Create or Copy your DELUTS UNIVERSE folder maintaining the organizational structure

4. Restart FCP

5. Access LUTs from the Color Inspector > Custom LUT menu

Additional Tools:

DCTLS for DAVINCI RESOLVE STUDIO are also available.

These alone may justify upgrading to the STUDIO version.
